Holly Conrad is a cosplayer, monster maker, designer, and general performing hoodlum; she's also saved the galaxy a few times. Holly co-founded Crabcat Industries in 2010 Crabcat Industries after being chosen for Morgan Spurlock’s "Comic Con Episode IV: A Fan’s Hope". Holly's art is inspired by old school practical effects from classic monster mythology and hand drawn fantasy illustrations you'd find in D&D manuals and early RPG video games. Crabcat Industries focuses on promoting an inclusive teaching community to build costumes, props and practical special effects as well as new-media entertainment like "Try This At Home" on the Nerdist Channel. Holly has most recently been featured as a protagonist on SyFy's "Heroes of Cosplay". Her secret headquarters are in Los Angeles where she employs two cats as very poor minions.
